Shenyang Export Processing Zone
Shenyang Export Processing Zone (SEPZ) was set up under the approval of the State Council on June 3 rd 2005. SEPZ is located in Shenyang Economic& Technological Development Area (SEDA). The approved programmed  area is 620,000m2 and the initial approved area is 460,000 m2 , of which 150,000 m2 will be developed initially. SEPZ is adjacent to Shenyang-Dalian National Express. Shenyang-Dalian National Express and Shenyang-Beijing National Express interchange here. It's 25 km to Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, 370 km to Dalian Port, and 15 km to downtown. With its advantages in location and transportation, SEPZ is ideal for export processing enterprises.
SEPZ is a special Customs supervision area. The Customs will deal with the application by the new way of one-time declaration, one-time document verification, and one-time inspection. 24 hours service and supervision are conducted in an enclosed environment and by making use of checkpoint. Enterprises in the zone may complete all import & export formalities conveniently and timely. They could also be granted relevant preferential policies of SEPZ and state-level economic & technological areas. The infrastructure in SEPZ is complete and ready for use. It is granted that the enterprises in the SEPZ have easy access to infrastructure and one piece of plain land for each site construction. The facilities can provided by the SEPZ include road, water supply, drainage system, heating supply, gas supply, electric power supply, telecommunication, smooth railway and broad band network. The Customs, Foreign Exchange Administration, Commodity Inspection Bureau, transportation companies and banks have entered in SEPZ. All import & export formalities can be completed in SEPZ.
