Introduction

The Company is now endeavored to establish an International standard Optics-Instrument Science & Technology Park of which now is the first modernized industrial standardized premise project.

LinGang International Optics-Instrument Park

LinGang International Optics-Instrument Park is the first modernized science & technology standardized premise project, it was designed by Gernman GMP enterprise, insisting on the conception of 'International top one park', in comply with the standard of 'Premise quality the first, Park environment first, industrial orientation first, service standard first and team administration first', dedicating to establish an advancement manufacturing base featuring with clear era feature in LinGang Industry zone, embodied the conception of constructing the most standardized premise in the modern world.

The park is aimed at establishing an industry equipment base which is focused on all-in-one optoelectronics construction. The first period is planned to have over 200,000 square meter standard premise and presently 65,000 square meter has been set up leaving another 66,000 square meter under constructing. There are two single buildings honored to be the municipal ‘Magnolia’ prize. World top 500 enterprise like Maesky、Filand Specma hydraulic pressure、Kalmar Industry、and German Intorq have all been stationed in the park one after another.

With the landing of those large scale equipment projects taking its leading role、assembled and whole-machine production mode as character in LinGang industry area, the optoelectronic park is now exposed to the scare chance of investment, the park will not only provide these optoelectronics、controlling facilities、and electro mechanic parts producing enterprises with the most advanced premise and supporting service, but also obligate for them more service space in terms of for their logistic dispatching、network、and administration function.

The Public Supporting Facilities

There are transformers respectively with four sets of 220,000 voltage, two sets of 110,000 voltage and eleven sets of 35,000 voltage, it is also under plan that there will be a 220,000 voltage transformer setting up in LuChaogang. The present water-supplying ability of NanHui is about 300,000 ton/day. In the year of 2020, there will be successively water plant enlarge project in HangTou、XinChang、HuiNan etc, the total water supply ability therefore will be 600,000 ton/day. What’s more, the DongHai PingHu hydrocarbon sub-marine field has been landing on NanHui and establishing an natural gas processing factory in ShuYuan, there are totally two natural gas tube crossing the interior area of NanHui. After the landing of the sub-marine field, the gas will be transporting to NanHui and PuDong New Area district through the tube, presently the second period project is under constructing, and also there has ten thousand sewage processing ability factory constructed which has paved with 18 kilometers pollution discharge tube.
