China International Equipment
Manufacturing Exposition (CIEME 2004)
is a state-approved exposition, an internationally
renowned manufacturing equipment exhibition and the
one-stop sourcing and trading platform for various
manufacturing equipments, machineries, tools and accessories,
as well as provides networking opportunity for partnership
building and information facilitation in China.
The past two CIEME have occupied a
total of 100, 000 sq meters of exhibition area whereby
3, 491 exhibition booths were set up and gathered
1, 370 enterprising exhibitors and 115, 000 professional
visitors. In addition, these two events enjoyed the
total trade volume amounting to USD 651.50 million,
imports and exports of USD 668 million and USD 5,
975 million worth of foreign investments. Besides
the overwhelming response received from international
and local equipment manufacturing industry, CIEME
I also highly appraised by the national relevant department.
Hence, the resounding success of CIEME has garnered
a reputation as a highly successful event.
Held at Shenyang (International) Exhibition Center
from 1-5 September 2004, the third CIEME will enjoy
a larger availability of exhibiting space and more
commercial opportunities are available to international
and local businessmen as a result of the redevelopment
of the old Northeastern industrial base. This strategic
decision is the outcome of the third plenary session
of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party
of China. Its main focus is to allow the third CIEME
to cater to the needs of the Chinese equipment manufacturing
industry and to build a strong international platform
for information facilitation, commercial trading and
partnership building in the industry. CIEME is the
one stop sourcing destination for the latest product
innovations, investments, partnership and corporation,
establishes itself as an international renowned exhibition.
